Scope and contact
This policy applies to the website at questro.baaof.top, including its catalog, game pages, local library, and policy pages. The site contact is Hugocatarino Muller, reachable at [email protected]. This contact identifies the person supplied for website enquiries; it does not imply that the site is incorporated in any particular country. External games, advertisers, and linked websites are operated by their respective providers and have their own policies. This document describes our implementation and does not replace the obligations of those providers.
Information sent when you visit
As with other websites, your browser sends technical information needed to request a page: an IP address, the requested address, browser and operating-system information, referring-page information where available, and request time. Hosting, security, and network providers may process request logs to deliver pages, diagnose faults, and protect infrastructure. The site code does not add an account system, payment form, precise-location request, or separate analytics tracking service. We do not claim that the hosting provider or external services keep no logs.
Content delivery and performance measurement
The live website is delivered through Cloudflare. The delivery layer may add Cloudflare Web Analytics code even though the original site source does not include a separate analytics tag. The deployed pages were observed loading its beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com. Cloudflare describes this service as measuring page views, visits, and browser performance using the Performance API. These delivery-layer measurements are separate from your browser-local game library and from Google advertising. We do not describe this website as free of third-party measurement. For current service details and data handling, see Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Blocking a measurement request in your browser does not erase information already processed by a provider.
Your browser-local library
Favorites, recently launched games, and personal ratings are stored in localStorage under a site-specific key. A recent item means that you pressed Start on this website; it does not establish that a game ran successfully, that you completed a level, or that progress can be resumed. Personal ratings are your own notes on this device and are not published as an aggregate rating. Each data set stores only the relevant game identifiers, rating values, and launch times. We keep at most 24 recent entries. You can remove this site’s library data through Privacy choices or your browser settings. Blocking storage may disable these conveniences while the public catalog remains usable.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website’s own library uses localStorage rather than a first-party tracking cookie. Google advertising and game providers may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies in accordance with their settings and policies. Those technologies can support advertising delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, measurement, and, where permitted, personalization. The presence of an ad container does not mean that an advertisement was filled. Browser privacy tools and provider settings may affect what is delivered. Deleting our local library does not delete data held by Google or a game provider.
Advertising through Google
The site integrates Google Publisher Tag to request display advertisements from the Google Ad Manager network identified in the supplied advertising configuration. Requests may involve the current page URL, IP address, device or browser information, and advertising identifiers where available. Google and its partners may process that information for delivery, measurement, security, and other purposes described in their policies. Advertising is separate from game controls. We do not ask you to click an ad to start a game, receive a reward, or support the site. Advertisers control their destination pages and offers. See How Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising settings and privacy signals
This release does not present a site-operated consent-management dialog, and the local-library controls are not an advertising-consent platform. We do not fabricate a consent string or treat browsing, playing, or reading this policy as affirmative consent. Google’s requirements and applicable law may limit which advertisements can be served in a visitor’s region. Our site code does not implement a region-by-region legal determination or promise that a browser signal changes every provider’s processing. You may use Google My Ad Center, browser cookie controls, and the contact below to make relevant requests.
External games and embedded content
A game’s original HTTPS page is loaded in an iframe only after you choose Start. Opening it sends a request to the provider, including network and browser details. The configured initial game origin is html5.gamemonetize.co; the game may contact additional content, advertising, or infrastructure services under its own implementation. The iframe uses strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer handling. Fullscreen can be requested through a user action. The parent website does not read the contents of the cross-origin game, capture scores, monitor level completion, or synchronize game saves. The external provider may have its own storage and gameplay data practices. Refer to GameMonetize’s privacy information and any notices shown within a game.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information is used to deliver requested pages, maintain security, offer the optional local library, respond to messages, and support advertising. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the appropriate basis depends on the processing and the applicable jurisdiction; this policy does not create consent where consent is required. Contractual necessity or legitimate interests may be relevant to technical delivery and security, subject to applicable limits. Optional advertising technologies may require consent. The website contact can address questions about the site’s own processing, while external providers remain responsible for explaining their separate activities.
Recipients and international processing
Technical information may be received by hosting and network providers, security services, Google and its advertising partners, and external game providers when their content is requested. We do not provide a public account directory or sell a list of player profiles from a site account system. Advertising disclosures can still be relevant to statutory definitions of sale or sharing in some jurisdictions; the absence of a payment for data does not by itself settle that question. Providers may operate infrastructure in countries different from yours. Their policies describe their locations, safeguards, and transfer mechanisms. We do not claim a particular certification or transfer agreement that has not been verified.
Retention and deletion
The browser-local library remains until you clear it, remove individual entries, or your browser removes site data. Recent launch history is capped at 24 entries. The service worker caches a small website shell for repeat visits and does not cache advertisements or external games. Its old shell cache is removed when a new cache version activates. Message retention depends on the enquiry and the need to handle it; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Hosting logs and third-party data follow the relevant provider’s retention practices. We do not assign invented fixed deletion periods to systems we do not control.
Your requests and controls
Depending on where you live and the facts of the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Contact [email protected] with the site address and a clear description of the request. We may need proportionate information to verify and handle it; do not send an identity document unless a suitable process has been agreed. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain relevant limits. You may also contact a competent supervisory authority where that right applies. Provider-held data may require a request directly to that provider.
Children and responsible use
The catalog is intended for a general audience. A colorful game, an educational category, or a provider’s age tag is not our certification of age suitability. A parent or guardian should review the game, embedded notices, advertising, and external links before permitting a child to use it. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through a site account system. If you believe a child has sent us personal information or encountered inappropriate content, contact us with the page and a description so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Security, messages, and updates
We use ordinary website controls and HTTPS-ready resources, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter passwords, financial information, or sensitive personal data into unsolicited game or advertiser prompts. Contact messages are sent through your own email service; the site does not operate an email submission backend. Please include only information needed to resolve the issue. We may revise this policy as the implementation or providers change. The updated date identifies this version; substantial changes should be reviewed before using new features.
